  • RETURN POLICY
  • If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
  • Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
  • Returns/Exchanges 
  • Because of hygiene issues, exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. Please Email Me at Lolaanndesigns@gmail.com for any questions. No Instagram DMs regarding orders will be accepted.
  • Please note: I make each earring by hand. Design and Implementation is hand crafted with Love and Each Pair is one of a Kind. I work my best to keep each earring in a pair as similar as possible. The joy of buying handmade is that each piece is made individually and there will be subtle differences between the pieces. No one else will have a pair exactly like yours!
